2018 Summer French Camp for campers 4-12 years old June 18-22 & June 25-29 Sponsored by the Alliance Française of Milwaukee Madison’s French Camp for Youth was founded in 1999 by a native-born Frenchwoman. Designed for children ages 4-12, Madison’s French Camp for Youth teaches French through various themes from the Francophone world.  Based on interactive stories, French Camp uses songs, crafts, games, snack time, and role play to develop interest, instill confidence, and provide opportunities for campers of any language level. After spending two years at UW-Madison as an assistant at the French House and elementary French instructor, Violaine Peladan finally had to say  goodbye Madison and return back home. A native of Albi, France, Violaine settled in Paris and began her new career as an Academic Coordinator at API Study Abroad (Academic Programs International).
