“The French House” made a round trip, so to speak, starting with its first group of residents in the Delta Upsilon house at the end of North Frances, to the University Ave house, and back to the end of North Frances where the house stands today.
Friend of the French House, Judith Siers-Poisson, will take us on that journey as we learn about the three houses that the French House has called home over the past 100 years.
This talk will be in English and is open to the public. We kindly ask guests who would like to stay for lunch at 12:15 to scroll down and reserve their spot.
About our speaker:
Judith Siers-Poisson is Executive Producer for Wisconsin Public Radio’s Central Time, a self-proclaimed foodie, a full-fledged francophile and francophone (with dual citizenship), and a historian by trade (check out her article in the spring issue of the Wisconsin Magazine of History).
