Transportation to Madison and the French House: The French House does not have a person on duty (e.g., a concierge) at all times. So it is very important that we know when you will arrive. In the form below, we will ask for when you plan to arrive and how.
Flying into Madison: Sometimes you can find an affordable flight directly into Madison. If you do, you can take a taxi or an Uber to the French House, 633 North Frances Street.
Flying into Milwaukee: Sometimes a flight into Milwaukee can be the most affordable option. The “Badger Bus” will take you from the airport to a location only 2 minutes from the French House (see map below right). (Please note, if you arrive late into Milwaukee, you may not be able to take a bus that same day.)
Flying into Chicago: This is often much more affordable. Once arrived in Chicago, there is a very convenient coach bus that will take you directly to Madison in about 3 hours. Look for the “Bus/Shuttle Center.” The last stop is just a 2 minute walk to the French House. (Please note, if you arrive late into Chicago, you may not be able to take a bus that same day.)
