In its Swiss origins, travelers received a quick meal by scraping (racler = to scrape) melted cheese on top of potatoes and charcuterie. These days, guests around the table normally prepare their own dish and melt the cheese on a raclette grill. Because we’ll be serving about 40-50 people, the French House kitchen will be doing all the hard work this time and all you need to do is enjoy!
A very special thanks to Roth Cheese and Stephen McKeon with InterSource Midwest Distribution for helping us put together this special event!
